First Post

This is my first official post into this blog. That said, I'm not too sure what I should write about, so I'm just going to cover some of the reasons why I created this site to begin with.

Like what I assume is the vast majority of NeoCities user base, I created this site to have my own little space on the internet where I can express myself. For months now in 2024 I have felt a lot of creative energy that has remained untapped by work and my usual hobbies. I needed something to work on and build. It is really satisfying seeing your finished work, but what I've been craving is the process of creating something in itself. I've felt this in my other hobbies like playing guitar or 3D art, but for some reason those just weren't going to cut it this time around.

So here it is, my first little site since my myspace days. It's simple now, but I plan to tweak it here and there over the coming months to make it more personal to me. I plan to post here semi-regularly, but we all know how that goes. We'll see how long I can keep it going.

Anyways, thanks again for visiting and browsing my site! Hopefully in the near future I'll be able to fill it out with more interesting stuff! I'm thinking about doing a few posts about my trip to Japan last year(with pictures!), keep an eye out for that!
